Before your visit
Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need to know—your stylist, time slot, and which salon to head to. Due to limited space, please do not bring along any friends, family or children to your appointment, unless they are also booked for a service.

Consultation
As soon as you arrive, our friendly receptionist will welcome you and help you settle in comfortably. From there, one of our team members will guide you to the basin area for a relaxing, luxurious wash.

Next, you’ll meet with your stylist to discuss your hair goals, ask any questions you may have, and chat about your current hair care routine and lifestyle—anything that could influence your service or final look.

During your first visit, expect a thorough consultation. This is our opportunity to truly understand your vision and ensure we deliver the results you’re dreaming of.

After your visit
Our care doesn’t stop once your appointment ends—we’re still thinking about you! You’ll have 7 days to enjoy your new look and decide if any tweaks are needed. During that time, you’ll also receive a thank-you email with a chance to share your feedback and rate your experience.
